A box has 900 balls. 90% are red.

90 = 810.

So there are 810 red balls.

Now subtract them from the total:

900 − 810 = 90.

Same result again.

That is why most people confidently choose 90.

And in a normal math class, that would absolutely be the expected answer.

But puzzles become fun when we ask:

“Is there any other way to read the sentence?”
