Blue Bottle From a Small Pharmacy Prompts a Search for Answers

from the Oak Creek Pharmacy.

This bottle was a deep amber color, with a crisp white label printed by the clinic in West Liberty.

The label had my name, the name of the medication, and Dr. Grier’s name printed clearly at the bottom.

Underneath the doctor’s name, there was a small handwritten set of initials in blue ink.
